For those of you tolerating Liquid Glass and the quite horrific Safari redesign on mobile/tablet: Kagi’s Orion browser actually seems to be an awesome full replacement. No complaints so far. Easy access to tab management, no weirdly hidden buttons or menus you need to tap multiple times to see fully. As a bonus, it has built-in filter support as well as several great Firefox and Chrome plug-ins. And Kagi’s search is optional. In fact you have more search options than in Safari. #iOS #iPadOS #macOS
Been using computers since they were 8 bits. Generally like those and 16 bits better than what we use today. Have too many games and too little time. Playing around a bit with Linux these days - both on Pi and as desktop and on Steam Deck. Always used and loved the wrong platforms, so you'll see me talking fondly about things like Amiga and Dreamcast with zero shame. I try to keep politics to a minimum and just have fun on here - but no promises! No QT.Also: Currently learning Japanese.
